Ingredients:
1/2 cup of chia seeds
1.5 cup plant based milk (I used homemade almond milk)
A sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tbs of date syrup (you can use local honey or maple syrup instead)
2 tsp of blue spirulina powder
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix until all combined. Transfer to a container and store up to 5 days in the fridge .
