2. Eligibility

To use our services or make a purchase, you must:

3. Products & Availability

We sell:

  • Food and beverage products (including matcha powders and teas)
  • Teaware and accessories
  • Merchandise and lifestyle products (including apparel and other branded goods)

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices, VAT & Shipping Costs

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€).
    As we operate under the Italian regime forfettario tax scheme (flat-rate regime), VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 1, paragraphs 54–89 of Law 190/2014.
  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

  • You place an order by following the checkout process on our website.
  • Before confirming your order, you can review and correct any errors.
  • Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
  • The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
Your order will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

7. Delivery & Fulfilment

  • We deliver to addresses specified during checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and will be indicated at checkout.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.
  • If we cannot deliver, we will inform you and refund your payment.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Italian Law)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days by email at connect@awakenbysvd.com and return the goods according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed food and beverage products (including matcha powders and teas) for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Custom or personalised products.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

10. Returns & Refunds

Full details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

11. Warranties & Conformity

Our products are guaranteed to conform to the contract and be free from defects. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Italian consumer law.

12. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or videos (“Content”) to us:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and publish your Content on our website, marketing materials, and social media.
  • We will only display your first name and/or initial unless you consent otherwise.
  • You can withdraw consent by contacting connect@awakenbysvd.com.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, designs, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Awaken by Saraya. You may not use or reproduce it without our written permission.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or products:

  • For unlawful purposes.

  • To engage in abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behaviour.
