Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Awaken Community di Saraya van Dreumel. We aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience while respecting your rights under EU and Italian consumer law. Please read this policy carefully to understand how cancellations work for different types of purchases.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at connect@awakenbysvd.com, quoting your order number.

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If you change your mind, you may still exercise your 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, except for items excluded by law (see below).

2. Exceptions to Cancellation (Legal Exclusions)

Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed food and beverage products, including matcha powders and teas, for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Custom or personalised items.

  • Digital products already downloaded or accessed.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

  • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged.

Annual Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no part of the subscription has been used.

  • After 14 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

4. Digital Products

(E-books, digital downloads, online courses)

  • Due to their nature, cancellations are not accepted once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase.

5. Events and Workshops

In-Person and Virtual Events

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

  • In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

6. Coaching Packages

Discovery Calls

  • Discovery calls are free of charge and can be cancelled at any time.

Coaching Packages

  • Monthly coaching packages can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no sessions have been used.

  • After 14 days, or once sessions have started, no refunds will be issued.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.
