Very nice journal to organize my daily routine
This journal is wonderful, it is helping me a lot on my journey. It is very minimal, well looked after and contains everything you need. Highly recommended!
Just that moment for yourself in the morning to write down your gratitudes and your goals for the day. You also get a view of your energy level, what you eat and whether it energizes you. At the end of the day reflect on how the day went. The questions invite you to think, but most importantly to go inside and FEEL! There is also extra space for writing should you need it. On the day itself, there is limited space to write, but for me, this makes me get to the point faster. It is organized and the questions keep me on my toes. I am very happy with this journal that I can easily take anywhere.

Ik was erg nieuwsgierig naar het journal gecreëerd door Saraya. Ik heb in het verleden al heel wat journals uitgeprobeerd maar haakte al snel af. Dit journal is anders. Het laat me nadenken over dankbaarheid, hoe ik lief voor mezelf kan zijn . Ik merk dat ik het erg leuk vind om mijn dankbaarheid neer te pennen, het maakt me door de dag heen rustiger en relaxter. Ik denk zeker dat deze 3maanden schrijven zo voorbij gaan en ik een nieuw journal mag bestellen.
Ik vind the Awaken Wellness journal erg fijn. Vooral de bladzijde om de dag te beginnen. De vragen zijn gericht op mijn gevoel. Dit geeft mij meer inzicht in mezelf en wat ik nodig heb. Het maakt me wat zachter en vertraagd de tijd.
