Why did I go into coaching?
Nutrition has been a huge part of my life for a very long time. My dad runs a supplement production company in the Netherlands and therefor I grew up learning about supplements. When I started my modeling career I started to deepen my knowledge in nutrition by following multiple nutrition courses.
Doing this opened my eyes to my relationship with food and exercise, and has helped me on the road to creating a sustainable lifestyle that gives me the freedom, energy and health to live life every day.
After I stopped working in the fashion industry, my path in the corporate world started, where I really had to learn to continue my healthy habits while having a very sedentary job. Additionally to this I struggled with managing my stress and time. I wanted to find a way for myself to find back the joy in my daily life and having the energy after my full time job to have the energy to do the things that I love. This is where I started to deepen my knowledge in the field of wellness and work-life balance.
What I find so beautiful about holistic nutrition - health and wellness, is that together they have a 360 effect. You really cannot do one without the other.
I hope that I can also help you on your journey to reaching your full potential, and create a sustainable lifestyle where you enjoy life and have the energy to do what you love.

As someone who is not used to journaling I would recommend the Awaken Wellness Journal 10 outta 10. Because of the way the questions are asked and the free space for your own thoughts and scribbles it gives me a guideline without being restrictive. Some weeks I feel like doing it daily but in busy times I have been using only the free space to get my thoughts out of my head on paper and did the actual journal part in the weekend. As there are no pre-written days and dates this does not mess with the order of using the journal and it gives me the feeling of doing it really MY way.
Concluding, yes I love it as a 'beginner' and yes I will purchase this journal again!
Ik was erg nieuwsgierig naar het journal gecreëerd door Saraya. Ik heb in het verleden al heel wat journals uitgeprobeerd maar haakte al snel af. Dit journal is anders. Het laat me nadenken over dankbaarheid, hoe ik lief voor mezelf kan zijn . Ik merk dat ik het erg leuk vind om mijn dankbaarheid neer te pennen, het maakt me door de dag heen rustiger en relaxter. Ik denk zeker dat deze 3maanden schrijven zo voorbij gaan en ik een nieuw journal mag bestellen.
