Here's how to whip them up

 

Blend 1/2 cup coconut flour, 2 cups shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup almond flour. Stir in 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp coconut oil and 1/2 cup maple syrup for natural sweetness. Fold in 1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds.

Form small balls, gently press them down, and bake at 180°C for 12-16 minutes.
