Matcha Tofu Pudding

Matcha Tofu Pudding - Awaken by Saraya
A great dessert that has even some protein to it!

Ingredients:

- 2 soaked medjool dates
- 350 grams silken tofu
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup (depending on how much sweetness you want)

Start by blending the soaked dates with a little water, once blended add the silken tofu to the mixture and blend again until smooth.
Add the maple syrup and matcha powder and blend again for about 5 minutes.
pour the mixture into a glass container that you can close of airtight, and leave in the fridge for 3/4 hours.

I like to pair it with some granola and fruit, especially banana or berries work great together.
