Lentil pancakes:
1 cup red lentils
2 cups water
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
rosemary
How to prepare:
blend all the ingredients together until smooth. heat a frying pan with coconut oil over medium heat. make sure the pan is hot before pouring the mixture. bake each side for around 2 minutes
Avocado cream:
1 avocado
1 garlic clove
1/4 purple onion
1/2 large tomato
salt
pepper
How to prepare:
Blend all ingredients together and spread the mixture generously over the pancake
add some fried mushrooms and voila!
