Ingredients
Base - this will give you enough for the base of the pie (15/20 cm)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut rasp
1/3 cup cacao nibs
15 medjool dates
Chocolate layer
2 tbsp cacao powder
tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut cream
Rose layer
Tbsp rose water
tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/2 1/3 cup cashews
How to base layer:
add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture starts to form some clumps and feels sticky. Line your Pie spring with baking paper and press the base layer onto the pie spring. You can either just cover the bottom or also the sides. I choose to just layer the bottom to make the layers of the pie visible.
make sure to press the mixture down very well, easiest is to use your fingers.
How to chocolate layer:
add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a cream like consistency. and pour the mixture over the base layer, continue to spread out evenly.
How to Rose layer:
add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a cream like consistency. and pour the mixture over the base layer, continue to spread out evenly. if the consistency is too runny add some more cashews. and pour the mixture over the chocolate layer.
Add some rose petals as decoration and place the pie in the freezer for around 2 hours.
