Below recipe makes around 25 cookies depending on how big or small you'll make then.

Ingredients 

1.5 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup grated coconut

3/4 oat flour

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 golden flax seeds

1/2 cup sliced dried figs

1 cup medjool dates

1tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup date syrup

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 flax egg (1tbsp ground flax seeds plus 3 tbsp hot water)

1/4 coconut oil.

 

How to make

1. preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius

2. mix all the dry ingredients together

3. mix all the wet ingredients together

4. form even balls with the dough and press flat

5. bake cookies for 15/18 minutes.
