Vegan Candy Bar

These bars are amazing for when you need some last minute sweet tooth fixing. 

 Layer 1 is a blend of almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, creating a sweet and nutty base. Layer 2 adds a creamy richness with peanut butter, coconut oil, and more maple syrup. Finally, layer 3 tops it off with luscious dark chocolate mixed with coconut oil for a smooth finish.

Below exact quantities:
Layer 1: 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Layer 2: 1/4 cup of peanut butter, 1 tbs coconut oil, 2 tbs maple syrup.
Layer 3: 1/2 cup dark chocolate, 1tbs melted coconut oil.
Layer 4: (optional) pink himalayan salt
Just layer these in a glass tray, freeze for 2 hours, and then slice into bars. Keep them stored in the freezer for a perfectly chilled treat.
