Beyond nutrition, we'll delve into various aspects of wellness, including physical activity, stress management, sleep, and emotional health. Using the proven technique of motivational interviewing, I will help you uncover and overcome any barriers to change. This method empowers you to find the motivation and confidence needed to achieve your goals. • every coaching packages (in case we have not worked together before) will start with a connection call/intake session. If you decide after the connection call not to continue, any payment made will be refunded as the connection call is free of charge. 
• if you decide to continue after our connection call, a coaching agreement will be set up and will have to be signed and returned to me before we can start our sessions. 
• details about payment methods/cancellation procedures and others will all be mentioned in the coaching agreement.

• Note that you will be required to fill out a set of intake/assessment forms before we can start with the coaching process.
