how to get started

important notes

every coaching packages (in case we have not worked together before) will start with a connection call/intake session. If you decide after the connection call not to continue, any payment made will be refunded as the connection call is free of charge.
if you decide to continue after our connection call, a coaching agreement will be set up and will have to be signed and returned to me before we can start our sessions.
details about payment methods/cancellation procedures and others will all be mentioned in the coaching agreement.

Note that you will be required to fill out a set of intake/assessment forms before we can start with the coaching process.
